As one as the biggest mental struggles, many people face anxiety. Remember, you are not alone! In fact, fear and anxiety are discussed over 500 times in the Bible. Making it an important issue. When I feel anxiety in my own life, I listen to worship music. It helps me focus my eyes on Jesus and brings me peace. Calming my anxiety in my darkest moments.
