Christian gospel music carries the breath of God. It is important that the songs we listen and sing to feed your mind and spirit. Philippians 4:8 “And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.”

There was a time in my life when I was facing many challenges, financial, my relationships with friends and family, and academically.  The stress took a big toll, not only on my life, but also with my faith. I was having trouble finding the strength to even open my Bible and really pray.

Then one day as I was scrolling on social media and saw a friend who made a comment about Kingdom Citizens Radio, and how it made a difference in his life.

So, I clicked on the link,  the first song I heard was, “I Will Be Still”. When I listened, I felt my hope and fame come alive.

Though the earth give way, Though the mountains fall to the sea

Though its waters roar, I will cling to Thee

Though the nations rage, And creation yearns for the Lord

Though the earth may melt, I’m forever Yours

There is no fear, As I look upon You

I will be still, I will be still

And know, And know You are God

Forever my Refuge, Forever my Strength

Forever my Helper, Forever my Friend

Psalms 81: 1-2 Sing for joy to God our strength; shout aloud to the God of Jacob! Begin the music, strike the timbrel, play the melodious harp and lyre.

I absolutely love listening to Gospel music, it makes my day better, brings me closer to the Lord, and keeps my eyes focused on what is important,

“Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise. Sing unto the Lord with the harp; with the harp, and the voice of a psalm” (Psalm 98:4–5)

I know that listening to gospel music has made a huge impact on my life and it can do the same for you. Experience all the benefits of listening to gospel music today by tuning into Kingdom Citizens Radio.
